Common questions
My laptop doesn't show up on my phone. Open the extension and make sure you're signed in with the same Google account as the BatteryShare app. The laptop updates every 5 minutes while the browser is open, and shows as offline while it sleeps.
The extension says "No battery". This computer is a desktop without a battery, so there's nothing to share.
"App not available" on Google Play. During the beta you need to be added as a tester first: join the beta.
Delete my account and data. See Delete your account.
